A short list of what you hold is enough to begin: the claim identifiers, the approximate number of assay certificates, whether an offtake note exists and whether a booking window is already open. Do not attach the full set until we have agreed a scope, because unmanaged attachments are harder to protect than a single intake bundle.

The retention period is agreed at intake and written into the engagement note. Our standard period follows the limitation period that applies to the type of work, and holdings of a longer period can be arranged where a holder expects a transaction to close years later.
